Four members of the FC Westchester U.S. Soccer Development Academy program have been named to the ESPN Rise New York State Starting XI. Selected to the team are: Taylor Washington, Andres Penfold, Cesar Ceja and Ryan Tauss.

“It is very gratifying to see that nearly 40 percent of this team comes from our club,” said FC Westchester Director of Coaching David McCollum.
