FC Westchester president Lonny Unger has been inducted into the Westchester Youth Soccer Hall of Fame.

Unger-- who has been involved in youth soccer dating back to the early 1980s as a coach, administrator and referee  --has been president of FC Westchester for more than a decade.  Previously, he coached and was president of the New Rochelle Youth Soccer club and has also been a collegiate and ODP coach, in addition to serving on the boards of the Westchester Youth Soccer League and the Eastern NY Youth Soccer Association.

He was inducted into the Hall of Fame along with long-time referee and referee administrator Bruce Mandel at a dinner at the Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester, NY on Dec. 1.
